The Bridge2Math team extends heartfelt congratulations to all the mathletes who showcased their skills at the 2025 Forsyth County Pi Fight competition, held on May 3, 2025 at Denmark High School! Over 300 talented students from grades 4 through 6, representing schools across Forsyth County, participated in this annual competition. Details of the event can be found at FCS Pi Fight Competition Day.
The FCS Pi Fight provided an exciting platform for students to demonstrate their mathematical talent, sharpen their problem-solving abilities, and collaborate in an engaging environment. We’re thrilled to share that several Bridge2Math students were among the competitors, shining brightly with their dedication and enthusiasm. A huge well-done to all participants for their outstanding efforts!
We extend our deepest gratitude to Dr. Brian Lack, K-8 Mathematics Specialist at Forsyth County Schools, for his tireless work in organizing this annual event. His commitment creates invaluable opportunities for students countywide to engage with mathematics in a meaningful way. We also sincerely thank Dr. Lack for promoting the Bridge2Math program to parents and students during the competition, helping us reach more young math enthusiasts.
